PLEASE USE THIS FORM IF YOU NEED ONE OF OUR TECHNICIANS TO ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING ISSUES:
Broken Ground Plugs, Mounted Projectors or TVs, Stage Lights, Gym Sound Systems, Stage Curtains/Hardware, and Laminators.

If you have a projector or other portable audio/visual equipment, please fill out an Electronic Repair Centre form from your school's office.
